DRESS CODE- All players must wear proper golf attire. The following are not permitted; denim in any form, cut-offs, t-shirts, tank tops, spandex, sweat suits or any other form of attire deemed inappropriate. Also, a collared shirt is required. (Mock necks are acceptable).

RESERVATIONS- Starting times will be taken up to 7 days in advance. A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations. Singles, twosomes, and threesome reservations should expect to pair up with an existing reservation as designated by the golf shop or starter.

TEE-TIME CANCELLATIONS- Cancellations will be accepted until pro shop closing the day before. Pro shop closing times will vary depending upon the time of sunset. Any same day cancellations will result in a $25 per player fee being charged to whomever the tee-time is booked under [No fee will be accessed if the tee-time is booked to someone else. (So if you have to cancel same day, the earlier you let us know, the better chance there is for us to sell your tee-time to someone else)].

CHECKING IN- All players must register in the pro shop prior to play. Players must also check in at the first tee with the starter at least 10 minutes prior to their tee-time. All play shall begin on the 1st Hole unless instructed otherwise.

SPIKES- Metal or ceramic spikes are prohibited. Players are required to wear shoes equipped with softspikes or spikeless shoes with a flat sole.

ETIQUETTE- In the spirit of the game of golf, we expect all players to exhibit the high standards of personal conduct. We kindly request that players demonstrate their respect for the course, fellow players, and the game itself by repairing ball marks, replacing divots, raking bunkers, and maintaining the proper pace of play.

PACE OF PLAY- It is the player’s responsibility to maintain pace of play. Any group or individual who fails to do so may be asked to pick up their ball and move into the proper position.

NON-PLAYERS/SPECTATORS- Only golfers are permitted on the golf course. Any non-players or spectators must be approved.

REPLAY- Groups which have completed play and wish to play an additional round will be offered a discounted replay rate of $38 if times are available. This is not available for groups booking multiple starting times in advance.

CART RULES- Patriot Hills Golf Club does not allow walking. You must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license or a minimum of 18 years of age without a license to operate a golf cart.

PERSONAL PROPERTY- Patriot Hills Golf Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
