Golf Course Policies

All players must wear proper golf attire. Denim in any form, cut-offs, t-shirts, tank tops, spandex, and sweat suits are not permitted. A collared shirt is required — mock necks are acceptable.

Reservations

Starting times will be taken up to 10 days in advance. All reservations must be pre-paid unless you are a Stony Point Resident. Singles and twosomes should expect to pair up with an existing reservation as designated by the golf shop or starter. We cannot guarantee that you will be paired with other players. Tee times are in 10-minute intervals with a maximum of 4 players per group.

Cancellation Policy

Patriot Hills has a 12-hour cancellation policy. If your tee time is at 9:00 AM, you must cancel by 9:00 PM the day before. Any cancellation within the 12-hour window that cannot be processed will result in a charge of 100% of the applicable green fee for each player who no-shows. To cancel during normal business hours, call the Pro Shop at 845-947-7085 ext. 2. For off-hours cancellations, email [email protected].

Spikes

Metal or ceramic spikes are prohibited. Players are required to wear shoes equipped with soft spikes or spikeless shoes with a flat sole.

Etiquette

In the spirit of the game of golf, we expect all players to exhibit high standards of personal conduct. Please demonstrate respect for the course, fellow players, and the game itself by repairing ball marks, replacing divots, and maintaining the proper pace of play.

Pace of Play

It is the player’s responsibility to maintain pace of play. Any group or individual who fails to do so may be asked to pick up their ball and move into the proper position.

Non-Players & Spectators

Only golfers are permitted on the golf course. Non-players and spectators are not allowed.

Replay

Groups which have completed play and wish to play an additional round will be offered a discounted replay rate if times are available. This is not available for groups booking multiple starting times in advance.

Cart Rules

Patriot Hills Golf Club does not allow walking. You must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license, or a minimum of 18 years of age without a license, to operate a golf cart.

Personal Property

Patriot Hills Golf Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
